* oil
* Curry paste
* Tin of canned tomatoes

To the pan add:
+ 1 bouillon cube
+ 1 Liter water
+ vegetarian chicken tofu style
+ tauge (bean sprouts)
+ 3 dried fruits (eg. prunes or pieces of mango)
+ herbs to liking (pref. from garden) (eg. coriander, salie)

After about 10 min. add:
+ coconut milk
@ and * until heated thru
Serve with: flat rice noodles
Sauteed // mixed chinese mushrooms and // spring onion.
