veggie boerenkool fantasy - lasagna style - for jeroen

i will do this half in dutch cuz i don't know half these veg in english

cut koolraap into blokjes and cook:




and steam boerenkool also:


it is best / easiest to cook and steam both at the same time
(like this) (or something like this):



while that is cooking/steaming:
fry the vegetarian tofu that looks like minced meat.





add vegetarian jus powder and boiled water.

when all is cooked/ steamed/ fried

pile like a lasagna.
first: potato-like substance: koolrabi
second: cabbage farmer style: boerenkool
third: vegetarian minced meat
fourth: see first
fifth: see second
sixth: i think you got the drift.

Thai simple soup for Wilma

In a pan:
* oil
* Curry paste
* Tin of canned tomatoes
@

To the pan add:
+ 1 bouillon cube
+ 1 Liter water
+ vegetarian chicken tofu style
+ tauge (bean sprouts)
+ 3 dried fruits (eg. prunes or pieces of mango)
+ herbs to liking (pref. from garden) (eg. coriander, salie)
@

After about 10 min. add:
+ coconut milk
@ and * until heated thru


Serve with: flat rice noodles
Sauteed // mixed chinese mushrooms and // spring onion.

rose's version of spanish cold tomato soup

EXPLANTION OF RECIPE

vegtables
in 7 separate small bowls
# 1 cucumber
# 1 green bell pepper
# 1 yellow bell pepper
# 3 seeded tomatoes
# 1 hot peppers
# 1 onion
# garlic

tomato-based-soup
in one big bowl
@ 1 can tomato purée
@ 1 can canned tomatoes (mash up big pieces)
@ 1 Liter water
@ 1 pinch salt
@ 1 pinch pepper
@ 1 squirt lemon juice (can add more)

devide the tomato-based-soup into 6 servings
put the cut-up veg. on the side so people can add veggies
into the tomato-base-soup to their liking :-p

dutch version of thai spicy chicken soup for wilma
serves 2 (at least)

* 1 gollop oil not olive
// 1 lot of garlic :-)
= 2 cm ginger fresh or frozen
2 spoons yellow curry paste (I use aroy-d)
* stir to heat spices and release their flavour

# 2 piece chickenfilet
// 1 can bambooshoots
* stir until chicken is cooked

+ 1 spoon bouillonpowder
+ 1 liter boiling water

+ 1 can coconut milk
+ 1 handfull ricenoodles

* heat until rice noodles are cooked

+ 1 handfull beansprouts

heat thru
spoon into bowl
+ 1 handfull koriander

T!P
1) you can use baby corn as well
2) or add mushrooms
3) or top also with spring onions
4) to make more spicy: add red chili peppers
5) to make more salty: add nampla or soysauce
6) to make more sour: add lemon juice, dry sherry or add dry mango powder
7) you could also add curry leaves or basil
