Omelet for Christine


EXPLANTION OF RECIPE
# = cut in squares
// = cut in slices
@ = stir
* = cook or in oven
+ = add

PREPARATION

* 400 grams spinach
drain
ACTUAL COOKING in one big frying pan

// 4 slices bacon (optional) +
// spinach +
# 4 spoons feta cheese +
// 10 leaves basil (the plant) +
@ 4 eggs (free range) +
----------------------------------------------------------------------
* with the lid on on VERY LOW HEAT for approx. 15-20 min.

T!Ps:
1) i.s.o. Bacon use vegetarian kind
2) put salt and pepper
3) serve w/ bread (and ketchup?)
4) you can add any veg (tomato, onion, zuccini, mushroom)

    // 400g Spinach (frozen or fresh??)
    // 4 Slices of Becon
    // 4 Spoonful of cruble Feta cheese
    // 10 Basil Leaves
    4 eggs (beat the eggs) (you need a code for beating or whisk)

    Preperation:
    drain 400g of Spanich, in a separate pan cook drained spinach and bacon together. Slowly add in the beaten eggs into the pan, put in feta cheese and lay 10 basil leaves on top of omelet and cook in low heat for 20min......etc..

    See you don't need the preparation story! (It defies the purpose of this way of writing recipes).

    Hay suggested I draw my own logo's. I will consider that.

    One more thing about your preparation-story. The way you describe it is NOT how I would do it. :-) But that doesn't matter 'cuz the flavor stays the same! This way the recipe is an indication for inspiration i.s.o. a boot camp recipe manual... ;-)
