dutch version of thai spicy chicken soup for wilma


EXPLANTION OF RECIPE
# = cut in squares
// = cut in slices
@ = stir
* = cook or in oven
+ = add

= = grated

dutch version of thai spicy chicken soup for wilma
serves 2 (at least)

* 1 gollop oil not olive
// 1 lot of garlic :-)
= 2 cm ginger fresh or frozen
2 spoons yellow curry paste (I use aroy-d)
* stir to heat spices and release their flavour

# 2 piece chickenfilet
// 1 can bambooshoots
* stir until chicken is cooked

+ 1 spoon bouillonpowder
+ 1 liter boiling water
*
+ 1 can coconut milk
+ 1 handfull ricenoodles

* heat until rice noodles are cooked

+ 1 handfull beansprouts
*
heat thru
spoon into bowl
+ 1 handfull koriander

T!P
1) you can use baby corn as well
2) or add mushrooms
3) or top also with spring onions
4) to make more spicy: add red chili peppers
5) to make more salty: add nampla or soysauce
6) to make more sour: add lemon juice, dry sherry or add dry mango powder
7) you could also add curry leaves or basil
